TPE extrudates as round cord, square profile cord or special profile, edge protectors and sealing profiles

In continous extrusion vulcanisation, the TPE granulate is heatformed into the profile shape.

Our TPE profiles have a high compressive elasticity, are very similar to rubber and have a slightly matt outer skin.

In continous vulcanisation, the granulate is passed through a  mouth piece and shaped into the desired profile shape.
An extensive granulate selection gives us many possibilities to produce high quality products on our modern production lines.

The latest technology is a TPE Coexprofile whereby a softer TPE material is injected and thus a sealing profile is produced.

By using appropiate extrusion mouth pieces on the extruder head, profiles can be produced in many cross-sections for technical applications.

These are subject to a manufacturing tolerance according to DIN ISO3302-1 E2!

Finishing

TPE profiles are supplied in fixed lengths, on spools or packed in bundles. The delivery length is generally 100 m, with large-volume profiles correspondingly less. In addition, we supply profiles in any desired lengths ready for installation, even in the smallest sections. Larger rings and rectangular frames are twisted together from profiles or round cords in a durable and clean manner.

Colours

Most profiles are usually supplied in black- similar to RAL 7021. Special colours in any RAL colour are available on request.

Self-adhesive equipment

For many assembly works with seals there is a desire for a self-adhesive coating. We supply profiles with self-adhesive equipments and assembly, aid and as reinforced bonding by means of special plasma treatment.
