As strips, frames or rings, we punch ( on request also in the kiss-cut process) or CNC milling (also 3D!) according to your technical drawing and your wishes. Prototypes can also be water-jet cut or plotted at low cost without the need of tools. Our program also includes the splitting, cutting of raw blocks or blanks as well as the laminating of the starting material. Self-adhesive tapes are available in a wide range.

The possible applications are various and range from sealing (water proof!) to insulating to rattle protection. Our products are used e.g. in the following areas:

Qualities
Cellular rubber in all variations
Cellular rubber is closed-cell material made from rolls and sheets. We offer all common qualities (EPDM/CR/NBR/NR) as well as a large selection of special qualities in many colours. The density ranges from 60-550 kg/m3, the qualities cover temperature ranges from -50 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius. In addition, a large number of self-adhesive tapes are available.
PE and PU foams, also in special qualities
As an alternative to cellular rubber, we offer polyethylene foam (PE) and polyurethane foam (PU). Various PE foams with a density of 15-300 kg/sqm are available whether as conductive special quality flame-retardant or FDA-compliant design. PU foam, on the other hand, is frequently used in packaging, upholstery and construction industries.
Silicone as solid material or foam
Silicone has a special position among sealing material. It has extremely high quality with temperature resistance up to 300 degrees Celsius and excellent physical properties. Thus, it is used in the food industry, medical technology, aerospace and many other areas that require the highest demands on the material.
Solid material in various qualities
We offer a large selection of punched solid material such as soft rubber or soft PVC with up to 90 Shore A.
