Silicone properties

Silicone profiles have an exceptional position in the rubber sector. Foamed or solid, silicone has outstanding physical and chemical characteristics.

Excellent elastic values in tearing behaviour or compression, food safety and extreme temperature resistance (from -50 to 300° C) make this material perfect for use in areas with the highest quality requirements. Silicone can  be found in medical technology, the food sector, in high-quality household appliances, in lighting construction and much more.

In addition, we can make nearly every colour possible, almost every RAL can be adjusted on request. Also in the hardness adjustment a lot is possible, silicone can be made as foam with a density of approximately 0.25 g/cm³- 0.30 g/cm³ beginning up to solid material with up to 85 Shore A.

As round or square profile cord or special profile

We offer a large selection of already existing profiles not only standard round cords and square profile cords but also special profiles.

Just go and ask; if the desired geometry is not set up, we will be happy to manufacture according to your technical drawing.

We make it ready for use: our confection

Rings, joined by film vulcanisation or injected corner vulcanisation, we offer a solution.

What´s also possible are moulding parts and edge protection profiles made of silicone.

We supply moulding silicone parts made of high-temperature material as well LSR (liquid silicone rubber) variations.

Moreover, you can choose from a wide range of silicone edge protection profiles with an inside metal carrier.
